Accessibility

Effective date: 1 October 2026

IntellectVerse Global Ltd wants its website, book information and direct purchasing routes to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible. We aim to present information with clear headings, meaningful links, useful image descriptions and labelled form controls, and to support keyboard navigation through the principal website journeys.

Using this website

You should be able to enlarge text using your browser, move through the principal navigation and forms using a keyboard, and understand the purpose of content images from their text alternatives. The website is designed to adapt to smaller screens.

Known limitations

The direct-sale PDF reader edition of Guilty in the Mind contains selectable text, bookmarks, linked contents and linked endnotes, but it is not certified as a tagged PDF/UA file. An EPUB edition is also available and may work better for readers who need reflowable text or customised reading settings.

Payment services and external bookseller pages are provided by third parties. Their accessibility is controlled by the relevant provider. We have not tested every page with every browser, device or assistive-technology combination.

What we are doing

We review headings, labels, image alternatives, keyboard access and mobile layout when significant pages are added or changed. We will record material limitations and prioritise corrections that affect access to book information, enquiries or purchasing.

Requesting help or an alternative format

If you have difficulty using this website or need information in another format, contact us at info@intellectverseglobal.org or telephone +44 7876 081171. Please describe the page, book or information you need and the format that would help you. We normally respond within one to two business days.

Reporting an accessibility problem

We welcome clear reports about barriers. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the device or software used where relevant, and the problem encountered. We will assess the report and explain what action we can reasonably take.

Assessment approach

This statement is based on a self-assessment of the live IntellectVerse Global website. It is not a claim of formal WCAG certification. Our working aim is to improve the site with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, level AA.
