Terms of Sale

Effective date: 1 October 2026

These terms apply when a consumer buys a book or digital publication directly from www.intellectverseglobal.org. Purchases from an external retailer are governed by that retailer's terms.

Direct paperback sales are available to United Kingdom customers. The EPUB and PDF ebooks can be purchased worldwide. International customers seeking a paperback should use the retailer links on our Where to buy page.

Products and prices

We take reasonable care to describe each publication accurately, including its format. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include any applicable UK taxes. Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery for an eligible paperback order costs £3.99 and is shown separately before payment. Digital products do not carry a delivery charge. No separate VAT amount is added under the present configuration.

Placing an order

The checkout allows you to review items, quantity, price and any delivery charge before payment. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when payment is authorised and we send an order confirmation, subject to availability and security checks. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid.

You must accept these Terms of Sale before placing an order. The order confirmation provides information you can save for future reference.

Payment

Payment is handled by the method selected at checkout. The store connects to Stripe and PayPal. We do not receive complete payment-card or payment-account credentials from those providers.

Paperback delivery

Direct paperback delivery is available to UK addresses at £3.99 using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim to dispatch within three business days. International customers should use the external retailers on our Where to buy page. Further information appears on our Delivery, Cancellation and Returns page.

EPUB and PDF ebook downloads

An ebook listing supplies either an EPUB or PDF digital file, as stated on the product page, and no printed book. EPUB files require an EPUB-compatible device or application. PDF files can be opened on most computers, tablets and smartphones using a PDF reader.

Before immediate digital supply, you must agree: If my order includes digital content, I expressly request and consent to its immediate supply and acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download or immediate digital supply begins.

This consent and acknowledgement are recorded and repeated in the order confirmation. If they are not completed, statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Digital content must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for its stated purpose.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

The Delivery, Cancellation and Returns page forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods or digital content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain the protection of any mandatory law applying where they live.
