Delivery, Cancellation and Returns

This page applies to purchases made directly from www.intellectverseglobal.org. Purchases from another retailer use that retailer's process.

The seller is IntellectVerse Global Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16684013.

United Kingdom paperback delivery

Direct paperback orders are delivered to UK addresses only. Delivery costs £3.99 and uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 for parcels weighing up to 2,000 g.

We aim to dispatch an in-stock order within three business days. Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally aims to deliver within two to three working days after dispatch, although this is not a guarantee. Tracking information is supplied when available.

Customers outside the United Kingdom

Direct international paperback delivery is not offered. International customers should use the retailer links on our Where to buy page. The EPUB and PDF ebooks can be purchased worldwide.

Cancelling a paperback order

You may cancel an eligible paperback order from the time it is placed until 14 days after the day on which you receive it. Send a clear statement to sales@intellectverseglobal.org with your name, order number, item and date received.

After telling us you wish to cancel, return the book without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your cancellation notice.

Contact us before sending a return. Authorised returns should be sent to IntellectVerse Global Ltd, 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom, HR5 3DJ.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, you are responsible for the direct return cost. We recommend proof of postage.

Refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we refund the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that they were sent, whichever occurs first. The original payment method is normally used.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact sales@intellectverseglobal.org promptly with the order number and details. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Where required, we will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund and meet reasonable return costs.

Ebook cancellation and faults

EPUB and PDF ebooks have no postage charge. If you expressly consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledge that this ends the 14-day cancellation right once supply begins, the ordinary change-of-mind right ends when the download or immediate supply starts. If the file is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied, contact us for the appropriate remedy.
